Jennean Mason
Designer, Master Seamstress
Jennean is the owner and creative spark behind J Mason Design LLC. Jennean has been sewing for over thirty years and designed her first gown at just 11 years old. As a teenager, she was making prom gowns and was adding lace to just about anything she could get her hands on! At the age of 15, she was hired as an assistant seamstress and was officially getting paid for doing the one thing she loved the most.
Jennean pursued her passion and talent for sewing at The University of Rhode Island where she received a Bachelor of Science in Textile Science and Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Historic Costume Design. After college, Jennean began her bridal seamstress career working with local bridal shops completing gown alterations and custom design work.
In 2017, Jennean opened J Mason Design LLC, a commercial studio in Windham, New Hampshire. Jennean is well-connected, and comes highly recommended by many of the top bridal boutiques in the area.
Jennean’s approach to alterations and design sets her apart from most seamstresses. Her creativity and eye for design go hand in hand with her innate understanding of physics and geometry as it relates to gown construction and alterations.
J Mason Design works exclusively on wedding gowns and specializes in lace work and heirloom restoration and re-design. J Mason Design prides itself on inclusivity and embraces the unique needs of every bride that enters the studio. She is considered the go-to seamstress for major alterations and can alter a size 12 wedding gown down to a size 2, or up to a size 20. She also has created a niche for re-creating the perfect gown for her “baby-bump” brides.
Jennean’s goal is to ensure that every bride feels amazing on her wedding day. She aims to create an experience at J Mason Design that is a continuation of the experience that brides have as they search for the perfect gown. She also shares her wealth of bridal knowledge with her brides. Her support and guidance extends far beyond gown fittings.

Erin Brink
Expert Seamstress
Erin is a talented and dedicated expert seamstress whose journey began at the young age of 10 in her mother's tailor shop. Her passion for fabric and textiles blossomed early as she explored quilting and crafting.
After leaving her corporate job 13 years ago, Erin pursued sewing professionally, starting with alterations from her home. Her exceptional skills quickly made her the "go-to" seamstress during prom season. This reputation led to her meeting Jennean eight years ago, and she has been a valued member of the J Mason Dream Team ever since.
Beyond her professional achievements, Erin is a devoted wife and mother of three, balancing her career with her family life. An avid reader and DIY enthusiast, she brings creativity and warmth to every aspect of her life, whether it's in her sewing projects or her home. Erin's dedication to her craft and her family truly sets her apart.
Alanna Keenan
Stylist, Bridal Dresser
Alanna is an experienced fashion stylist with over 17 years in the film industry. Her work on films like Grown Ups, The Purge, and Manchester by the Sea highlights her talent for bringing characters to life through fashion.
As part of the J Mason Design dream team, Alanna specializes in bridal styling, where she blends creativity, experience, and insight. With a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and Marketing, she combines her expertise with a passion for aesthetics to ensure every bride looks stunning on their special day.
Alanna's career reflects her dedication to style and joy, leaving a lasting impression on wedding day memories. She is the perfect addition to transform your wedding vision into reality.
